FUCK DALLAS!!!

This says it all...

Yeah, bitches. How do you like that? May you have nightmares of Santana Moss TDs and defensive breakdowns all night... and go out and buy the Washington Post in the morning and use the sports page to dry your tears.

Sing it with me now!

Hail to the Redskins!
Hail Victory!
Braves on the Warpath!
Fight for old DC!
Run or pass and score, we want a lot more!
Beat 'em, Swamp 'em,
Touchdown! Let the points soar!
Fight on, fight on 'til you have won
Sons of Washington. Rah!, Rah!, Rah!
Hail to the Redskins!
Hail Victory!
Braves on the Warpath!
Fight for old D.C.!

Ha! I turned the TV off with about 5 minutes to go (because I don't care about either team). I wrote 'em off too soon.

Props. That was incredible.

SO this is where the Captain lurks!

I see you are a sports purist. Bully! Two things you should consider: 1) the political implications of the Redskins victory over the red state axis of evil, and
2) going to see Barry Bonds introduce Dr. Longball to RFK tonight.

Dr. Longball? Is that his "pharmacist"?

And to think, if Bonds hadn't been out all year, he might have been coming into RFK around the time he'd be getting near Hank Aaron's record. Missed opportunity. Not that tickets would have been available, but it would have been nice.

OMG, it's the second game. Let's not get too excited here. Yes, this was a fantastic win, but do you really think they can keep it up for the rest of the season?

Wasn't VIAGRA a sponsor for Joe Gibbs Racing?

DCSC.. don't worry - this isn't about the rest of the year. It's about beating a bitter rival. It's about coming from 13 behind with minutes to play on a night where they hosted a ring of fame ceremony to do it. It's about winning a game that nobody except Washington fans thought we had a chance to win.

A 14-13 win and a 2-0 record and a bye week to savor it.

Good answer, I-66; I can respect that (after all, who doesn't want to see the Cowgirls lose?). Now tell the rest of the Skins fans that.

Someone said it best when they said "you'd think it was the second coming of Christ and Christmas in July all rolled into one" with all this hyper overreaction.
