Who here believes it's not his?
Do old habits die hard?
Three guys, one great city. D.C. Sports is a celebration of the teams and activities in the nations capital. Whether it's Skins, Wizards, Nats, DC United, Caps (eventually) Freedom (R.I.P.) and if the tickets are free, the Mystics, we'll be there, on T.V. or in person, opinions at the ready. Additionally, we love the city and the entertainment it offers. Our lives don't exist solely for sport, though they may seem to. Join us and laugh or criticize, just hate the Cowboys while you do it.

Substitute the words "they" and "them" with "I" and "me" and you have a pretty accurate story I'm afraid.
I was on a jury for a drug possession and the defendant used the exact same story as MI - he merely found it and was on his way to some remote location to throw it away when he got caught - the nearby trash or toilet was simply not good enough.
I find it hard to beileve that he could have something like that in his car and "forget" to throw it away, if in fact the story is true. Please!
Hmmm.... crack pipe or weed pipe? If it isn't true (ie, it was his pipe), he definitely wasn't very original with the "it is my friend's, etc..." That didn't work with my mom when I was caught with cigarettes in high school. I love how he says the friend just got out of rehab!! Just got out of rehab, and Irvin is letting his friend have a freakin' pipe in the car? Lots of things don't add up, but who knows...
It was a marijuana pipe, and Irvin has reportedly fingered his brother as the owner of the pipe.
Looks like we need the Chewbacca defense again...
